Choi Sun has been deeply interested in what art can do in life and the social meaning and function of art. He has been immersed in the work related to the convergence of individuals with society through art. Each work reflects the reality of the period in which the work was produced, and has been designed to be directly connected with the experimentation of the form of expression as delicately as possible. Through various projects, the audience participated in the creative process and formed part of the work. While keeping in mind the problems and tensions of art itself, the artist takes the way people and their consciousness relate to art and its meaning as the direction and process of creation. The artist's choice of expression method and material selection are made from a strategic point of view upon consideration of various aspects, and is never through coincidental thoughts. The artist tries to balance the tension and balance between art, which focuses on the most intimate and private world of the individual, and the universal problem of human beings in society. In his world, art becomes a unique social experiment and practice unfolding through morality. An important ingredient that cannot be omitted in the artist's creative work is probably ‘a handful of morality’.
